GeoEsta Real Estate Regions Europe.

GeoEsta Real Estate shall have four European Regions.

One shall be the Russian area already discussed above.

The other three shall be:

GeoEsta EU/EAST. This shall include Italy, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Slovakia, Austria and Slovenia and all countries between. It shall be based in Plovdiv or Burgas, Bulgaria.

GeoEsta EU/North. This shall include Ukraine, Belarus, Baltic states, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic and Poland and all those in between. It shall be based in Kaliningrad Russia.

GeoEsta EU/West. This shall include UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and all in between. It shall be based in Santa Cruz, Tenerife, Spain.

Each regional office shall get 80% of initial Euro 10,000 to Euro 20,000 fee. The home office to get 20%. Royalty fee of 6% is to be 3.6% to regional office and 2.4% to home office. Advertising fee of 2% is to be 1.2% to regional and .8% to home office. 1% +cost to GeoEsta Data for web hosting, IDX, etc.
