GeoEsta Real Estate Russian Regions based on Federal Districts.

GeoEsta Russia/East Region. Far Eastern, Siberian and Urals Federal Districts. Based in Barnaul Altai Krai Russia.

GeoEsta Russia/South Region. North Causcasion, Southern and Volga Federal Districts. Based in Anapa, Krasnodar, Russia.

GeoEsta Russia Region. Central and Northwest Federal Districts. Based at main office in St. Petersburg Russia.

Each Region is to direct franchise sales and support for their respective regions. Initial Franchise Fee of $10,000 for residential office, $20,000 for residential/commercial office. Regional office gets 80%, head office 20%. Ongoing royalty payments 6% of gross franchise office revenue. (3.6% to regional office, 2.4% to national). 2% advertising fee. (1.2% regional office, .8% national) 1% data fee + cost for maintenance of Web sites, IDX software, lead generation, commission and referral information. All to GeoEsta Data.
